Before you inquire
An introduction should never be a surprise.
Crossroads collects homebuyer inquiries with the intention of facilitating paid introductions to real estate agents. Here is exactly what the current form does—and does not do.
Tell us the plan first
The first step asks for a preferred Indiana location, budget range, purchase timing, financing stage, and existing agent representation. No contact information is required to complete that step, and answers are not submitted to the database until the final form is sent.
The second step asks for a name, email, preferred contact method, and optional phone number unless phone contact is selected. A separate, unchecked permission box explains the follow-up and sharing limits. The form is not a mortgage application or a representation agreement.
Your inquiry is saved—not automatically sold
Submitting stores the inquiry privately in the connected database with a consent record and page context. The current release does not automatically route leads, send emails, perform agent vetting, or sell records. There is no guaranteed response time, match, agent availability, or property inventory.
Before contact details are shared for a proposed introduction, Crossroads will identify the agent and ask the buyer for permission. Any payment arrangement should be disclosed. Permission to submit this form is not permission for an unspecified agent list to make automated marketing calls or send texts.
Agents may pay Crossroads
Crossroads may be compensated by agents for buyer inquiries or introductions. That commercial relationship may influence which agents are proposed, and it should be considered alongside your independent evaluation of their services. No obligation to hire an agent arises from submitting.
Any future referral or lead-sale arrangement must be structured and reviewed for applicable real estate licensing, advertising, referral-fee, settlement-service, privacy, and communications requirements. This site does not claim that a commercial arrangement has already been approved or implemented.
Already have an agent? Say so
Your existing agreement matters. An inquiry does not terminate it or authorize anyone to interfere with it. If you are already represented or unsure about your agreement, review it with the appropriate professional before pursuing another relationship.
You remain responsible for reviewing any agent agreement, services, compensation, and cancellation terms before signing. No endorsement or guarantee is implied by an introduction.
Keep control of the next step
Use the privacy request form to request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of contact and sharing permission. Requests are stored for operator review and may require identity verification. No buyer records are publicly searchable or available through a client-side lead list.
