Privacy & your choices
Your next move. Your information.
Effective November 2, 2026. This notice describes the current Crossroads website and buyer inquiry flow. It is not a claim of certification or a substitute for a jurisdiction-specific legal review.
What the form collects
A buyer inquiry contains your name, email, phone if provided, preferred contact method, desired location, budget range, purchase timing, financing stage, and existing representation. It also stores the source page, supplied campaign parameters, submission time, and the version and wording of your permission.
Do not provide a Social Security number, bank account, credit report, identity document, or sensitive financial record. The form is not intended to collect them. A separate privacy request stores your email, request type, optional inquiry reference, and submission time.
How information is used
The current release stores inquiries for review and to support any later, permission-based introduction. It does not automatically email you, route or sell the lead, create an agent account, or perform a mortgage or credit check. Privacy requests are stored for operator review; submitting one does not itself change or disclose a buyer record.
Abuse protection uses a time-windowed hash derived from a request’s network address and a submission counter. This is a security identifier, not a claim of complete anonymization. Hosting providers may process ordinary request logs for delivery and security.
Analytics and browser storage
Production pages use Vercel Web Analytics. Custom events record buyer CTA placement, source page, plan-step completion, and a saved-inquiry event. They do not include your name, email, phone, budget, form answers, or inquiry reference. Avoid putting personal data into campaign URLs.
Form answers are held in page memory while you complete the form, not persisted in localStorage. Leaving or reloading the page can clear an unfinished form. The server stores answers only after final submission.
Retention and access
The current release does not implement an automated retention schedule or deletion job. Records remain in the private database until an authorized operator reviews, removes, or otherwise lawfully retains them. An operational retention schedule and monitoring process must be established before running lead-sale campaigns.
Use the form below to request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of permission. Provide the email used in the original inquiry and the reference if available. Identity verification may be required before a record is disclosed or changed. Do not submit sensitive identity documents through this form.
